Return Policy


iComm Signs is committed to customer satisfaction. We'd like to help you resolve any purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Due to the Custom Manufacturing of each sign there are NO REFUNDS on any purchase.  All Sales Are Final!!!


All Window LED signs are sold with a 1 year warranty.

All Outdoor LED signs are sold with either a 2, 3 or 5 year warranty for parts replacements only.

All Outdoor Gas Price, Time and Temperature signs are sold with a 1 year warranty for parts replacements.

All Large Indoor LED signs are sold with a 3 or 5 year warranty for parts replacements only.

iComm shipping dates are only approximate. iComm Signs shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to make delivery as a result of, and not limited to, labor disputes, fires, floods, accidents, product shortages, national emergencies, governmental regulations, force major acts of God, delays in transport, power,



Hardware warranty


INDOOR LED SIGN WARRANTY INFORMATION


I. COVERAGE

      This warranty provides coverage on all components of the iComm Signs indoor LED displays. In the event of failure, iComm Signs agrees to replace any defects of the indoor LED display for a period of one year from the date of purchase.


II. SOFTWARE

      iComm Signs assumes responsibility for malfunctioning iComm Signs Software upon delivery. Every effort will be made to replace malfunctioning software within 24 hours. Please notify ICOMM SIGNS  concerning malfunctioning ICOMM SIGNS  Software by calling 1-404-826-3650.


III. COMMUNICATION DEVICES

       iComm Signs assumes responsibility for the proper functionality of modems and wireless communication systems for a period of one year from the date of purchase. As to wireless performance, local site interference or obstructions may cause intermittent or complete failure of wireless communication. This warranty does not include replacement communication methods for the purpose of overcoming local wireless communications interference. Thorough site survey and testing is the best solution to successful wireless communications deployment.


IV. ICOMM SIGNS INDOOR DISPLAYS

  All non-working components of the indoor displays upon delivery will be replaced upon iComm Signs receiving the returned product or component. iComm Signs liability is limited only to the replacement of defective parts or components. Replacement parts and returns MUST be requested using iComm Signs RMA process.

V. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

  The purchaser is responsible for installation of warranty parts provided by iComm Signs.


VI. ICOMM SIGNS RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

 iComm Signs will not be held responsible for damage or operating defects resulting from user neglect, abuse, or improper installation. iComm Signs disclaims all liability for damages resulting from power surges, floods, fire, lightning, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters. iComm Signs also disclaims liability for damages resulting from any act of vandalism, failure to properly close access doors after service, and failures caused by environmental conditions beyond iComm Signs control such as corrosives, metallic pollutants, acts of God, terrorism, or war. This warranty does not cover defects or failure due to the use of replacement parts other than those supplied by iComm Signs. In no event will iComm Signs be held responsible for any lost profits or any special, indirect, or consequential damages.


VII. SHIPPING

 ICOMM SIGNS agrees to assume responsibility for shipping expenses for the return of any defective component or LED sign to ICOMM SIGNS Office, (USA) while this warranty remains in effect. ICOMM SIGNS assumes responsibility for any damage incurred to our products during our shipment process to or from the purchaser. You must notify ICOMM SIGNS within 7 days of receiving your product to report damaged or missing parts. ICOMM SIGNS can be notified concerning damaged or missing parts by calling 1-404-826-3650.


OUTDOOR LED SIGN WARRANTY INFORMATION


I. COVERAGE

 This warranty provides coverage on all failed electronic parts and assemblies, as well as all mechanical components of ICOMM SIGNS products. In the event of failure, ICOMM SIGNS agrees to supply replacement parts.  ICOMM SIGNS will replace failed LEDs (on-site labor not included) on ICOMM SIGNS outdoor displays. Failure is defined as when the LED no longer emits light.


II.SHIPPING

 ICOMM SIGNS assumes responsibility for any damage incurred to our products during our shipment process to the purchaser. You must notify ICOMM SIGNS within 7 days of receiving your product to report damaged or missing parts. ICOMM SIGNS can be notified concerning damaged or missing parts by calling (1-404-826-3650) or Email sales@icommsigns.com

V.CUSTOM ORDER ICOMM SIGNS OUTDOOR DISPLAYS

 All sales on ICOMM SIGNS outdoor displays are custom ordered and, therefore, final. All non-working components of the outdoor displays upon delivery will be replaced upon ICOMM SIGNS receiving the returned product or component. Replacement parts MUST be requested using ICOMM SIGNS RMA process. Please see ICOMM SIGNS Return Policy for details on the RMA process. Every effort will be made to make replacement parts available within 24 hours of request.

 ICOMM SIGNS stands behind the integrity of our products and is available for support for the life of our products. Assistance will be provided by ICOMM SIGNS beyond the expiration of this warranty in case of necessary technical support or operating inquiries.
